Framingham MA Company Wins $2M SBIR Grant From NIAID

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs can be a great way for companies to initially contract with the federal government. In this article by 360 dx we see Kephera Diagnostics will be able to use $2M in phase 2 SBIR funding to complete the development of its Zika virus test, conduct clinical trials, and seek approval from the US Food and Drug Administration.
